Homard Cloud provides a managed deployment platform for OpenClaw, an open-source personal AI assistant that connects to messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Signal, and Microsoft Teams.

Hosting Provider

The Homard Cloud website and platform are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., headquartered at 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, United States. User-deployed AI assistant instances are hosted on Fly.io (Fly.io, Inc.), headquartered at 2261 Market Street #4990, San Francisco, California 94114, United States. Data may be processed and stored in various regions depending on the deployment configuration selected by the user.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, designs, and software present on the Homard Cloud platform are the exclusive property of Homard Cloud or its licensors and are protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws. The Homard Cloud name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Homard Cloud. OpenClaw is an independent open-source project distributed under its own license; its use within the Homard Cloud platform does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from this platform without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Homard Cloud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and availability of our services, Homard Cloud makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
